Our Ident-Alert® Color Coded Snaps allow for accurate and cost-effective identification of special risk patient conditions. These bands offer the convenience of multiple patient conditions on one band. They are made with soft, flexible material and a round-edge design with patient comfort in mind. Security concerns are addressed with the SecurSnap® safety design that prevents the transfer of an alert band from one patient to another. The Ident-Alert® Snap can be removed using safety scissors without affecting the admitting wristband. These bands are offered blank or with a customization option to suit any healthcare provider‘s need.
