S7000 Plastic Card Embosser

The Matica S7000 is a fully configurable, modular central issuance platform built to handle mid-to-high volume card personalization for financial institutions, service bureaus, and card manufacturers. Rather than a fixed configuration, it's an a la carte system you build around your current needs today, with a scalable architecture that supports on-field upgrades as volume or feature requirements grow.

Depending on configuration, the S7000 handles embossing, indenting, and tipping, monochrome and color printing, laser engraving, magnetic stripe encoding, and contact or contactless chip encoding — all on the same platform. Applications range from credit and debit cards to national IDs and gift or loyalty cards, with output up to 1000 cph embossing or 2000 cph printing and laser, depending on your specific module setup.

Control software is fully compliant with Visa and Mastercard requirements, with a third-party integration SDK available for smart card encoding. With more than 50 configuration options and continuous ongoing development, the S7000 stays current without requiring a full system replacement as issuance needs evolve.
