The MDM2000 is a fully automatic dot peen embosser built for high-volume metal tag marking. It stamps text in any Windows font, along with logos and custom graphics, directly onto the tag's surface — a durable, cost-effective alternative to traditional stamping and dies.
Unlike manual units, the MDM2000 supports continuous production runs and can pull data straight from a connected database, making it well suited for facilities that need to mark large batches of metal tags without manual intervention between pieces.
It ships with Cancard's included SWORD™ software and can be operated via PC, mainframe (RS232), or offline using a keyboard. For lower-volume, manual-feed needs, Cancard also carries the MDM1000.
