LES8000

The LES8000 is a modular security printing system built for service bureaus and high-volume ID programs that combine heavy chip encoding with card printing. Its fully automated, personalized process makes it well suited to organizations issuing large batches of secure credentials rather than one-off cards.

Standard configuration includes one 350-card feeder encoding module (FEM), expandable up to 1,400 cards with three additional FEMs for uninterrupted production runs. At full capacity, the LES8000 achieves up to 120 dual-sided cards per hour using 600+ DPI laser engraving.

For higher-volume needs, Advanced Intelligent Printer Management lets you run a parallel workflow across multiple units. Its modular design also supports ongoing configuration, upgrades, or component swaps — including single or dual-sided lamination modules (such as Matica's ILM-LS or ILM-DS) or third-party chip encoders, integrated on request. Physical and electronic locks add security against unauthorized access.
