The Matica MC310 single-sided printer is a dye-sublimation direct-to-card printer built for organizations issuing ID badges, access cards, and credentials in volume. It prints at 300 x 300 dpi and reaches speeds of 180 cards per hour in full color, or up to 850 cph in monochrome, making it a practical fit for offices, schools, and event badge issuance where cards need to be produced quickly and consistently.
Starting single-sided keeps upfront cost down, and the MC310 can be upgraded to dual-sided printing later without swapping the printer or adding separate hardware, so it scales with your program as needs grow. Optional dual-interface contact/contactless smart card encoding and magnetic stripe encoding extend it into access control, time and attendance, and payment applications.
The MC310 runs on Matica's chromXpert ribbon program, including the YMCScKO ribbon for facilities that need added visual security elements on cards. Available through Cancard as an authorized Matica dealer, with quoting, delivery, and service support across Canada and the US.
